CRB certificates available on request.
We take child/vulnerable adult protection very seriously and all artists working for us have to agree and sign our child/vulnerable adult protection code of conduct. We help all artists with their applications where necessary and will never send out a performer or instructor solo if their CRB is still being processed.
We do employ the occasional extremely talented performer/instructor under the age of 18, therefore legally classed as 'minors' and without CRB certification. These performers have to go through more rigorous training to prove their maturity, responsibility and also follow our child/vulnerable adult code of conduct. When these performers reach the age of 18 we help them process their CRB certification immediately.

Our public liability insurance is through Equity and we also help our artists with their applications and funding where necessary. Fire insurance for relevant artists is through First Act of which we also help our performers fund, including training in a high risk assessment standard and health and safety.
