Adult classes and one2ones

Either book as a group, or have one2one lessons with our extremely skilled and experienced instructors either at our favourite studio in Brighton or one near you, or even in your house if you live in a mansion, we love looking inside mansions......

From beginner up to performer choreography including fire.

We have instructors ready to teach you:

diabolo, hooping, choreography, poi, staff manipulation, juggling, unicycle, tightrope, trapeze and silks, chinese pole, acrobalance, face painting, balloon modelling and entertaining skills, magic, plate spinning, acrobatics and stilt walking.

Lily Lou Entertainment is in conjunction with Circuc Brighton, hence the addition of balloon modelling, face painting, magic and entertaining skills.

Poi spinning class: Beginner/Intermediate

Where?                                                       St Luke's Church Hall, Exeter Street, Brighton

When?                                                        Monday's 7 - 8pm

How long?                                                 Each course is for 7-8 weeks.

How much?                                              £65 for one person, £115 for two people booking, to retake a course it's just £50

Skill level?                                                From absolute beginner to people who know a few moves and want to put them together.

Beginners

We want to help you through the basic moves, breaking each down so you have a good understanding of what both hands are doing whilst getting to know your poi and understanding the flow.

Intermediates

This course teaches some of the more complex moves in poi, combining all moves together, learning different beats, speeds and combinations turns and lock-outs. The Poi Passion teacher will talk and poi you through the many different move combinations and support and demonstrate each so you understand them thoroughly ...

Over the eight weeks we will cover a number of moves, gradually linking them together. You will be assigned a certain amount of homework - as you cannot learn poi in eight hours - so you will need to make time to practice.

The course will prove to be eight weeks of pleasurable discipline and students will become Graduate Poi Spinners by the end. You will then meet other poi spinners and get invited to poi events in the UK!
